A beautiful center ruched bodice, with lace-up straps and stretchy waist, making the sizing super versatile! And an extremely full skirt with large ruffle, in swiss dot. The next layer is a full taffeta skirt with horsehair hem, and under that we have a full tutu sewn in for maximum poof!!
